These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Ventiar, a service that helps create heat recovery ventilation designs with AI-powered tools.
1. Service scope
Ventiar lets users create room layouts, perform calculations, and prepare design materials. Automatically generated results are provided as assistance and should be reviewed by a suitably qualified professional.
2. User account
An account is required for features that need sign-in. Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping their login details secure and for activity performed through their account.
3. Project payments
Payment applies to the specific project selected during checkout. Once payment is confirmed, project features are unlocked for that project. Creating another project requires creating and paying for a new project.
4. Materials and liability
Users retain rights to data they upload. Ventiar does not represent that automatically generated materials replace a design prepared by a licensed professional or are suitable for every installation.
